Took my mobile in for new battery replacement a issue accured during replacement and the guys fixed it with no extra charge they went above and beyond, I’ve used these guys in past for a laptop screen replacement without any issues highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else thanx a lot guys.

Excellent service.
I brought my PC to the Tech Surgery initially for a diagnosis to find out why it had stopped powering on. They quickly identified the fault and gave me advice on how to go about replacing the faulty power supply. I wasn't confident fitting the part myself so I left it to them. Within a week they had ordered and installed a new one, for a very fair price. Highly recommend this shop, the owner is a great guy & his staff are brilliant too.

Really helpful guys, helped me out with changing my phone over to another, there were lots of issues and they solved all of them, nothing was a bother to them, the most helpful tech people I've come across in South Shields.

Decent little place, my sons HDMI port had broken due to accidental fall, I messaged these quite late at night asking for prices, they gave me 2 prices depending on what potentially needed doing.
I dropped it in at around 10am and picked it up around 12ish, they charged me the lowest, when realistically they could have over charged me and said they did more work than they actually did.
They even checked my sons laptop charging port for free also, and diagnosed the issue
Will use again if needed, hopefully it's not needed though, thanks
