The Tech Surgery was created to give local people a dependable place to turn when the technology they rely on stops working. Phones keep families connected. Laptops support work and education. Games consoles bring people together. When one of those devices fails, the disruption can be much bigger than the fault itself.
That is why our role is not simply to replace parts. We listen, explain what we find and help customers choose the option that makes sense for them. Sometimes that means carrying out a repair. Sometimes it means recovering important data, improving an existing computer or giving honest advice that a repair would not represent good value.
From our shop on Westoe Road, we combine practical technical knowledge with the personal service of an independent local business. We want customers to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that they understand what happens next.
