    Refund and Returns Policy

    At The Tech Surgery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.

    Return Window

    You have 30 days from the date of collection/delivery to return any eligible item.

    Eligible Items for Return

    • Unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
    • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival (please see “Damaged or Defective Items” below).
    • Items that are incorrectly shipped by The Tech Surgery.

    Items Not Eligible for Return

    • Opened items (unless defective or damaged).
    • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
    • Items missing original packaging or manuals.
    • Downloadable software products.
    • Customized or personalized items.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at or by phone at 01914270857. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

    Return Process

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us at or by phone at 01914270857 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
    3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
    4. Ship the return package to the address we provide you with.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


    • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within [number] business days.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.
