Jack started with the business in 2020 during the start of the pandemic, training under rob as a trainee technician to eventually working his way up to a junior director.
Jack specialises in Games consoles service and repairs, whilst also being an avid gamer.
Robert Fleming
Managing Director
Robert Fleming founded The Tech Surgery in 2017 after moving to the North East.
Rob has been working as a repair technician for 20 years and has a vast range of knowledge covering all aspect of tech support and repair.
He is a fully Microsoft registered technician and is also the registered Computer Repair Man for this area, after passing all their tests.
Rob has a passion for learning and training holding the following qualifications:

In his spare time Rob is a keen gamer and content creator broadcasting on Twitch, Facebook, YouTube and Trovo
